This vintage Hermès Kelly required a complete handle replacement. The original leather had worn through at the ends, where the handle folds around and secures to the brass D-ring hardware. The new handle was carefully recreated to closely match the original in leather, construction, proportions and hand feel, while retaining the character of the vintage piece.
